Laser Woodcutting

At Dandy’s Farm, we have a large format 40-watt Diode laser which allows us to make quick and precise cuts for decorations, for jig making, or to engrave. We use this machine to build our famous hardwood plant signs as well as many other products on our page. 

Our laser is fully enclosed with air assist and an exhaust fan to increase our cutting ability. This tool is great for making readable text on signs, engraving reclaimed wood, or making exacting cuts. The laser makes a cut with a very thin kerf to save material and make pieces for inlays and inset parts.
